JES was created because we found it hard to find products in the stores that met our high standards.  We wanted better for ourselves and for others because we know how important it is to health.  After researching ingredients at major “health” stores we were amazed to find toxic ingredients in many of those products.  There is so much false and misleading advertising in our society and unless you are well educated about ingredients, it is easy to be misled by labels that say ‘natural’ or ‘organic’.  And, we often assume that if we buy it from a ‘health’ store that it means it is safe and good.  We also do not like corporate greed.  Corporate greed often puts people and quality aside because these often don’t coincide with big profit.
